Crossover design — two rounds. Round 1: Group A gets AI-matched 1-on-1s while Group B networks freely in topic-based zones. Round 2: they switch. Everyone experiences both.

Each participant serves as their own control, increasing statistical power and eliminating individual differences as a confound. Switching the order controls for warm-up and fatigue effects.
